Perspectivas Globales 
Communication Outreach Internship

During my internship, I collaborated with over 20 SMEs within the Perspectivas Globales program, focusing on brand strengthening and digital marketing for startups.

As the Communications Lead, I executed positioning strategies that not only benefited the participating companies but also significantly increased the program's enrollment rate, marking my greatest achievement during my tenure.

Siempre Vivas 
Services Marketing

As part of the Services Marketing course, I designed a campaign for the NGO Siempre Vivas to optimize donor communication. This organization empowers domestic violence survivors toward self-sufficiency, and this project allowed me to understand marketing as a key tool for driving social impact.

Barras 
Global Marketing Strategies

For a course project, our team developed an internationalization strategy for Barras, a local artisanal skincare brand. The goal was to transform its sales model—initially limited to social media in Puerto Rico—into an export operation targeting the United States and South America.

Thanks to this global vision, the brand not only achieved international expansion but now maintains a solid e-commerce platform and a physical presence in two of the island's major shopping malls. This scaling drove sales from 6,000 units annually to 10,000 monthly. Additionally, the business diversified its value proposition by launching digital courses on artisanal product creation, led by its founder.

Ferrer Fitness

As part of my academic training, I collaborated on the strategic rebranding of Ferrer Fitness, a local personal training brand. The project focused on optimizing its Instagram presence, where we developed a daily educational content strategy. This initiative not only professionalized the brand’s digital image but also generated sustained growth in followers and community engagement.

Paola Snaps 
Meta Social Media Marketing – Professional Certificate

Beyond my university coursework, I earned a Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate through Coursera, featuring a curriculum designed by Meta experts.

For the capstone project, I developed a professional social media mock-up based on a client case study. My client was Paola, an event photographer; I chose Instagram for its visual-centric nature, where I designed a custom logo and structured the account with professional photography and strategic captions.
